Booking System
I use an online booking system for your convenience and to ensure a smooth schedule for everyone. You can find the booking system on our website, Facebook page, or through the Ovatu You app. I understand that sometimes calling, texting, or emailing is easier, and I will be happy to accommodate those requests as well.
Appointment Cancellation
I kindly ask that you cancel appointments with me a minimum of 24 hours’ before your appointment – this is because it limits my ability to fill the appointment slot. I can then efficiently manage my schedule and serve other clients. Late cancellations (24hrs or less) will be automatically charged (using the card registered on the booking system). This charge is a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Running Late
I understand that things can happen, but arriving late for your appointment may shorten the treatment time or worst-case scenario be unable to do your treatment. You will still be charged for this treatment. This is to ensure I can stay on schedule for following appointments.
Right to Refuse Service
Nikita Salon strives to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain this environment and ensure the safety of myself and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service in certain situations. These include:
- When a client’s requested service is unsuitable due to health concerns or contraindications with existing conditions.
- If a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- In cases of abusive or disruptive behaviour towards myself or other clients.
- My goal is to provide the best possible service to everyone. If we cannot fulfil a request due to the reasons mentioned above, I’ll be happy to recommend alternative services or answer any questions you may have.
Children
I understand that sometimes childcare isn’t always easy and as a working mum can relate to this. For the safety and comfort of all my clients, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during their appointment and it must not delay or interfere with their treatment.
